Strata is registered in England under limited liability partnership number OC325510 with the registered office at 36 Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1W 0EB, the offices of evolve Fund Services Limited ('evolve').

Strata was founded by evolve and Davon Limited ('Davon'), two businesses that specialise in the property sector in the UK.

evolve now manages c£150m of property assets. evolve focuses on property investment opportunities that are likely to deliver attractive performance whilst providing tax planning opportunity, but that lack the volatility of other investment classes.

Davon is a specialist finance intermediary that is able to arrange all funding for property projects with an emphasis on residential schemes in the south of the UK.
